We have a message from Zig Ziglar about the difference in price vs. cost. From it, I posted our weekly Facebook question at my agentkmiller Facebook page, where I invite you to join in.

The question was, “For those of you involved in providing a premium product or service (meaning, not just selling on the cheapest price), how do you sell the higher cost value?” I had Michelle Prince join me to talk through the comments, as she spends so much of her time helping authors differentiate their books and offer them in a compelling way.
