We are back with Lori Harder. Being a three time fitness champion, you’d of course expect some healthy habits. But physical is just ONE of the spokes, right? Some things she shared…She has a spoken, morning mantra. Her rule for decisions is whether she feels a full body yes or not, and a healthy habit for her marriage is she’s learning to golf for her husband and he’s taking ballroom dancing lessons for her. But what was really interesting is her talking about the need to change her habits frequently to keep them from getting stagnant. I think this will be freeing and exciting to a lot of you…it sure was confirming for me, as I’m the same.
